The gorgeous purple-blue flowers of 'Ellagance Purple', sit atop the bushy, silvery-green foliage in midsummer. Flowers bloom in abundance and can continue into the fall. The excellent fragrance and beautiful color make it a great choice for borders, planted along pathways, or near patios. 2008 Fleuroselect Gold Medal winner. The flowers are excellent for cutting. An evergreen perennial, it makes a breathtaking hedge, but also shines as a border accent and even thrives in large containers. This beloved heirloom deserves a place of honor in your sunny, dry landscape. Grows 12"-16" high and 18"-24" wide.
