The fragrant needles are highly ornamental and turn coppery-bronze in the fall, which persists throughout the winter. Renowned for its heavy midsummer bloom strength and its excellent heat and humidity tolerance, 'Annet' is a classic English lavender. Reaching 16-18" high and 18-24" wide with gray-green foliage and bloom stalks that can reach a foot long, 'Annet' is highly aromatic—the foliage makes excellent sachets, potpourri, and more. It is heavenly to brush against in the garden, releasing its scent most strongly Bees and butterflies are drawn to this plant by the dozen. The classic variety makes wonderful fresh bouquets as well as everlastings. Perfect for hot, dry sites and drought tolerant once established. Great choice for container plantings.
