"Annet" has masses of beautiful spikes of fragrant violet flowers with deep purple overtones rising above the foliage from early to late summer, which are most effective when planted in groupings. The flowers are excellent for cutting. It has attractive grayish green evergreen foliage. The fragrant needles are highly ornamental and turn coppery-bronze in the fall, which persists throughout the winter. Renowned for its heavy midsummer bloom strength and its excellent heat and humidity tolerance, 'Annet' is a classic English lavender. An evergreen perennial, it makes a breathtaking hedge, but also shines as a border accent and even thrives in large containers. This beloved heirloom deserves a place of honor in your sunny, dry landscape.
Reaching 16-18" high and 18-24" wide with gray-green foliage and bloom stalks that can reach a foot long, 'Annet' is highly aromatic—the foliage makes excellent sachets, potpourri, and more. It is heavenly to brush against in the garden, releasing its scent most strongly when touched.
In midsummer, the foliage is topped by masses of bright lavender-blue blooms, very full, rounded, and long lasting. Bees and butterflies are drawn to this plant by the dozen. The classic variety makes wonderful fresh bouquets as well as everlastings. Perfect for hot, dry sites and drought tolerant once established. Great choice for container plantings.

Arrived well packaged and healthy. I popped them in the ground and they have already rotted more and taken nicely a week after planting.

Solid purchase of these lavender plants. The shipment was well-handled; the plants were packed tightly and arrived safely – they weren't going anywhere in a hurry! The fragrance of the lavender was a welcome sign right away, suggesting they weren't just pretty faces. All six plants were a healthy 4-5 inches and looked vigorous. Now that they're planted, I anticipate they'll integrate well into the garden and hopefully keep the local rabbits from throwing too many garden parties.

The 15 lavender plants were nicely packaged and protected, and arrived green and healthy! I was seriously impressed at the care taken to keep them protected during shipping. They have been planted a few days, and temperatures got exceptionally hot here in April (reaching into the 90s) and they are still doing well. I would definitely buy from here again!
